Terms of Service

Welcome to pinuldut. By reserving studio time, recording on site, or utilizing production services provided through pinuldut.online, you agree to comply with the following contractual terms.
1. Studio Bookings & Rates
Studio time is billed according to published rates starting at 190 EUR per 60-minute session block, or as agreed in a formal written production quote. Booked studio time begins promptly at the scheduled hour; late arrivals do not extend the allotted session time.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel their confirmed recording block up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% reservation retention fee to offset studio holding costs.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All dialogue, creative concepts, audio narratives, and video footage recorded by the client remain the sole intellectual property of the client. Pinuldut claims zero copyright over client media and acts exclusively as a technical production provider.
4. Studio Equipment Care
All hardware, microphones, boom arms, cameras, and studio facilities are maintained in optimal operational status. Clients and their guests are expected to treat the facility with reasonable care. Willful or negligent damage to studio property will be assessed for repair or replacement cost.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
